went to 관주 to visit Minjee, which i was putting offf forever. met her and her bf and had a really good day. We drove out of the city and rode tandem bikes near a lake n it was really quiet and I reflected on life. I decided I will go home in the begining of November for Thanksgiving and Christmas….I can;t do another Korean winter and I miss my family. After that I want to come back.. maybe to Korea…maybe to Japan…..maybe move to NY or LA…i dk……

sometimes i wonder why i am in Korea and not Japan. I spent the last 3 years busting my ass studying Japanese, working at 2 Japanese companies and even (nerd) being events coordinator of the Japanese student association in University. Most of my besties are Japanese and so many things in Korea can’t even compare…..(except nightlife…Korea is ON POINT with that)
Anyways….me and Yoon went on a trip to Osaka last Friday. Ups and downs but overall was good.
Started off with the Yoonie losing his cell phone fiasco. He just ran away and told me to wait for him while I call his phone and try to tell this Japanese lady to please speak slower because i’m a gaijin and shes talking to fasttttttt. An anouncement over the loud speaker later we were reuinited with phone.
Weather completely sucked Fri and Sat——pouring rain all day long. but did a lot of shopping, ate sushi, ramen, met Chiemi and Mimu, purikura, arcades, club at night. I love when people in Asia (Japan or Korea) talk about me in front of my face and don’t think I understand him.
Guy at the door in the club was saying to his friend about me mechhhhhyaaaaa kireiiiiii i was like dyng…arigaotuuuu…he was embarrased.
now back to seoul…back to work….back to whatever.

I drink a large Americano black everyday (M-F) from A Twosome Place. found out it has 3 espresso shots in it. Thats 15 shots of espresso a week not counting the occasional and almost usual weekend coffee or two and instant bullshit coffee late night at home because i’m bored.
coffee and cig diet. although i’m proud of myself to cutting down drastically on cigs.
